Job Description:


to acquire customers through telephone contact with the objective of selling CRM Solutions to new incoming prospects whilst exceeding / achieving the set sales targets for their territory.

2. Key Result Areas / Principal Responsibilities

A. Exceed or achieve monthly target
B. Qualify leads
C. Accurately assess customer needs & potential.
D. Identify & deal with objections preventing customers from doing business with company.
E. Daily recording & maintenance of all call details on the customer database management system.
F. Follow up all sales leads in a timely & effective manner.

3. Key Performance Measurements

I. Achievement of Monthly target of
a. Converting leads into customer’s
b. Sales revenue from new leads.
