Job Description:
  • The candidate would be responsible for identifying prospects and business opportunities (B2B Sales).
  • The candidate is responsible for generating business from new accounts.
  • Candidate will be responsible for the client relationship of acquired accounts.
  • Candidate will be responsible for meeting sales goals.
  • Candidate will be responsible to do Sales Planning.

Required Skill-set.

  • Candidate with experience of selling to corporate will be preferred.
  • Candidates having existing contacts in HR/Admins of corporates will be preferred.
  • Candidates with sales experience in HR industry/recruitment will be preferred.
  • Candidate should have good communication skill & persuasion skills.
  • Candidate should be confident and should be a team player
  • Candidate should have good Presentation Skills, Client Management skill, Good Energy Level, Good Negotiation skill, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales.
