Under the general guidance and supervision of the CEO and within the limits of established Corporate/Sales policies and procedures , oversees and directs all aspects of the sales operations proposes, recommends, develops and implements strategies to maximize sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of employee morale
Reports directly to and communicates with the CEO.
Co-ordinates all sales /promotional activities of the Restaurant
Communicates, co-ordinates and cooperates with other departments on all sales related functions Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Engineering
Coordinates closely with Front Office /Reservations to ensure full knowledge of key accounts.
Corporate sales is to be increased. Have to do tie-ups with MNC’s for their regular events/ parties.
To improve the footfall at the Events taking place at the restaurant.
Maintains friendly, Professional relations with all departments.
Keeps in contact with the team by regular informal meetings and an OPEN DOOR POLICY
Builds personal relationships with peers in competing Restaurant, and guests.
Builds professional relations with all guests
Responsible for long term follow up on all customer complaints relating to the Restaurant.
